ERPNext v16 · Accounting

ERPNext Accounting, implemented right

We set up ERPNext v16 accounting around how your business actually closes the month: localised chart of accounts, tax templates, cost centers, bank reconciliation and clean opening balances.

ERPNext Accounting FAQ

Can ERPNext handle multiple companies and currencies?

Yes. ERPNext supports multiple companies in one site, each with its own chart of accounts, and multi-currency transactions with exchange rate revaluation.

Do you migrate our opening balances?

Yes. Opening balances for accounts, receivables, payables and stock are part of every accounting scope, with a reconciliation sign-off before go-live.

Can we automate bank reconciliation?

Bank statements can be imported and matched with rules, or connected to a bank feed where your bank supports it. Our AI Accountant can match the remaining lines.
